Taking part in forum?

Looks like this is that doesn't require to be a customer... all other forms of contact state that the area (forum/contact) is for customers only.
Question... is there a forum section where prospective customers will be able to ask their pre-sales questions and one where forums members would be able to ask to more knowledgeable and experience fellow members? That would be really cool... an IRC would be awesome

Prospective customers are welcome. Just post your questions in the forum associated with the product you are interested in.
