Shipping next Day

Hello, my name is Julio, I'm staying in a BANNED in California. I placed an order today Friday. April 12, 2013, around 12:30 am with next day shipping. I will like to know if you're going to hand my package to UPS to day, I just want to make sure that I will receive my package by Monday since I'm leaving the country Tuesday, so I won't be available to received the package if the package gets delivered on Tuesday. Please let me know if you will hand my package to UPS today before 15:00.
