Shipping in France

Post by foussouy »

Hi everyone,

I have a question about Adafruit : Could Adafruit ship in France and is the order converted automatically in Euro ( or it's 1$ = 1€ like apple :s ) ?
Thanx for your futur answer and sorry for my bad English, I'm French :)

Yes, we do ship to France. The currency conversion will be handled by your credit-card company.

We also have distributors in Europe - including several in France: http://www.adafruit.com/distributors/

Thank you for your answer but I have another question :

Is there any taxes like TVA that I need to pay when my order arrived in France, because I saw in the UPS Website that all commands that do not come from Europe need to be taxes :s

Yes. Any taxes and customs fees would be collected when your package arrives. For more details, see the section "International Orders" on this page:

Ok, I think it's better if I buy from France if there is too much taxes :)
Thanx for your help
