license question about ladyada's project

To whom it may concern:

Now I want to open a store in china to sell DIY suite of ladyada's project. You know, if we buy DIY suite form Adafruit, the freight is too expansive and time is not allowed, so I want to do some localized actions.

But I don't know if it is permited ?
