The symbol on your homepage?

I feel bad reading all of your awesome tutorials learning about designing PCB and having this as my first question. However, it's killing me. I first seen the logo a while back ago as a crop circle picture without any other information (Exhibit A). I later came across this site while looking for an MP3 charger circuit and barely gave it much thought. Well today I was watching some live Tool videos on YouTube and the symbol came up again (Exhibit B). Now I just feel haunted by it and I must know if it has meaning
