Why hello thar

Post by ProfOak »

This will be my first post on this forum, so a hooray is in order. I basically came here with the intent on learning electronics, and it seems I came to the right place. Ladyada, I just wanna say thanks for offering an easy transition into electronics. I'm also gonna check out some of those DIY kits on your site.

I actually don't suck that bad; I can follow directions well. I made a mini fume extractor as KipKay explained it.

http://i27.tinypic.com/14t7uc7.jpg Nothing complex, but it feels good to have made it.

Being that I currently am not good at electronics, do any of you have any advice/tips/tricks/websites/guides/beginner projects/anything else you can think of that you want to send my way? Please do. :)

Hey thanks man. All those links look great.

Hey have you ever heard of an Li ion battery expanding to the point before bursting? I ask because I'm going to post about that later. I'm afraid it's going to explode.
