My thesis group decided to buy Adafruit's eTape, a water level sensor. I just want to know, how much is the shipping fee for my order? And how long will the deliver take?

We also accept payments via PayPal. Paypal can arrange a bank transfer from your bank account.

if you are to ship the package to the Philippines, how long would that take?

It depends partly on the shipping option you choose. Sometimes there are additional delays in Customs.

UPS is the best choice if you are in a rush. They have three different services depending on how urgently you need it. For more information see this page ("International Orders" about halfway down)

Hi! I just placed an order through Google Wallet and I didn't realize it had my old shipping address. Is there any way to change it to the billing address before the package gets shipped? If not, there is always a chance that the Finnish post office will kindly forward it to my new address.

The order number is #263799.
