Broken Graphic ST7565 Negative LCD

I purchased one of the Graphic ST7565 Negative LCD (128x64) with RGB backlight + extras and received it earlier today, but have been unable to get the RGB backlight to completely work. I applied the specified 3V to the A+ pin as specified in the datasheet and grounded the G-, B-, and R- pins in turn. I was able to successfully turn on the green and blue backlight but the red backlight refuses to turn on. I did the same test on another one of these LCD's and all three of the backlights worked. I would like to exchange it for another one and was wondering how to go about doing that.Thanks very much for your time.
