I like the Flora design and see how crowded the board is.
I used the Atmega32U4 breakout board recently in a wearable project with a LIPO battery charging circuit I designed on my own.
Since the ATMega32U4 breakout board has no power switch, I designed the LIPO battery charger with a switch on the LOAD output.
You may save some space or reuse the space you have for the switch for something else by likewise moving the power switch
off the board and on to the USB LiIon/LiPoly charger - v1.2 or other off-board power management circuit. This seems to be feasible
since the USB LiIon/LiPoly charger - v1.2 charget seems to have the space to support an on/off switch for the load output.
Just my two cents of thinking.
