In case of issues or products defects in ordered items, what is the best way to proceed?

I couldn't find a link or information about Product Defects or Returns. On Support page, there is link to Contact page, however in the list of Categories I couldn't find a suitable entry.

Alternatively, is there an email for Product Defects or Returns?
