Order Problems

Hello adafruit,

I recently placed an order on you Budget Pack for Arduino (Arduino Uno R3) - Uno w/328, during the process of ordering it, it rejected my confirmation because my card location and the location of billing I input did not match up. I originally put the wrong billing location because I'm in school and I have a different address. After having it reject the confirmation twice, I changed the billing address to the correct address and it went through. However, I checked my online bank account and it charged my account for all those times it said it was rejected. It appears that it refunded one of the "rejections" but not the other.

So in short,

-3 attempts to order product
-2 rejects due to address errors
-1 order confirmation after fixing problem
-3 account charges
-1 "refund"

So it says I still have 2 pending orders on my account when I only ordered one arduino starter kit. Can someone please help me with this? I don't know what information you need to look into my adafruit account.
