Hello,
The purchasing department has been trying to contact support for a couple weeks. They are unable to make contact. I sent a folow up email myself with no luck. I am guessing it has to do with a spam filter. Is there a direct email i can use to make contact?

I'll talk to the folks in support and have them check the server logs to see what's going on. Do check your own spam filters/folders to make sure you aren't losing any responses we might have sent.. that's has been known to happen in cases where email just doesn't seem to work.
