[Solved] My Small Reduction Stepper Moto doesn't work

Hi,

I bought a " Small Reduction Stepper Motor - 5VDC 512 Steps" in june

* order #289842
* Shipped : LN455943036US

but I try to use it today.

It turns on right but does turn on left.
I've tested witn an other one with no problem.

Can you send me an other one to replace it ?

That is outside the warranty period. How are you powering this motor? Electrically they are symmetrical, so it is odd that it would only run in one direction. Can you post photos of how you have it connected and powered?
