UPS for sure!

Adafruit offers International Worldwide UPS Saver, Expedited and Express. All UPS shipping methods are tracked and insured. We highly suggest international UPS for all international packages. At this time we are not shipping to Russia due to customs procedures impacting import shipments sent to private individuals in Russia.
UPS Worldwide Express: 1-3 Business Days. Delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon.
UPS Worldwide Saver: 1-3 Business Days. Delivery by end of day.
UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 Business Days. Delivery by end of day.

Re: ship to canada
I cringe when ppl advise UPS for Canada. They rape us CDNs when it comes to cost and their brokerage fees should be considered a crime. I always choose USPS from Adadruit and my Ebay purchases. When I buy from this store I consistently get my stuff within 5 days. Never had a brokerage charge or paid taxes... (I realize that I should expect these things, but thsts the best part of USPS). Its cheaper, a little slower, but you seldom get burned. If you go UPS, you can almost guarantee you will get nailed with extra fees. Might even cost you as much as you paid for the parts.
