.. except for the packing list.
There's packing tape across the seal flap at the one end and apparent slight ripping - consistent with the USPS machinery chewing it up.
However, when I enter the tracking number at the USPS to start a claim - they reject it as "currently not eligible for online claim filing". After sitting on hold for over an hour (no exaggeration), I was informed that the parcel apparently has no insurance.
Which is in conflict with the information on the invoice (Order #458100):
United States Postal Service (0.37lbs)(First-Class Mail incl. $0.75 insurance): Shipping: $4.61
(the colour is not just for emphasis, it's the way it appears on the invoice)
At this point, the USPS won't let me file a claim because insofar as they're concerned, there's no insurance, and even if I file a paper-based form claim with them, *I* have no proof that insurance was actually paid for. Apparently, the claim has to be processed by the seller.
In the meantime, I was rather hoping to have the items I ordered.
Order recevied, package empty
