Hi,
I have been using a Raspberry Pi charger from AdaFruit: 5V 1A (1000mA) USB port power supply, which I ordered less than a year ago. Currently the power supply seems to be completely dead -- I plug it into a wall socket; the LED does not light up, and it does not seem to output any charge via the USB port. I don't want to open it up as I would prefer not to electrocute myself if there is any remaining charge within the unit. How do I go about RMA? This is order #291134

Our return/replace period lasts 30 days, and it sounds like we're well past that point.
I'll need to pass this one to the folks in the business office for a judgement call. Send a note to [email protected] with a link to this thread and we'll see what they have to say.
