When will you ship my order?

I've ordered a Beaglebone Black (order 465350). You've sent me an email that you shipped it but USPS hasn't recieved anything after 4 days of delay.

So when will you ship the order?

we shipped your order within 1 business day, USPS however does not always update the status, this happens from time to time so we wrote up a blog post about this. here is the timing for your order:

our post goes over this, your package left on the 28th, however USPS may not update it for awhile (or ever). USPS has experienced many slow downs and delays so far in 2014 - here's an overview of what we've seen for some customers:
