I am so disappointed that I was unable to get some customer service for bad parts today. Since today is Friday, I am afraid that I will not be able to correct the situation. I guess that the strips that I ordered will no longer be useful to me and I would like to send them back for a full refund.
You should fully evaluate your customer service process. Most companies have telephones that a person can call. This forum bull did not work for me at all.
