When I try to proceed to checkout after selecting PayPal or Amazon, I get the following message: Due to increased credit card fraud attempts on our site, we have permanently disabled certain email addresses. If you believe your address has been flagged incorrectly, please Contact Us.
(1) What do I need to do to complete my purchase?
(2) Is my specific email address flagged, or is the domain, hushmail.com flagged?

hi james - there are some email domains that we do not accept accounts/orders from, hushmail.com is one of them. please use another email address for your account, etc.
