minipov display - web-based code creation tool

I just got my minipov2 today - everything works great!

I slapped together a little PHP thingy to make it easier to create the code for the display portion of minipov.c. Very quick and very dirty.

I figure it might be of some use to someone - it certainly has already saved me some time.
