new xoxbox ..accent decrease decay Level

hello i have a problem,, and my english is bad...

i buyed a new xoxbox MkI and realize that the accent funktion do not what it should do

for example...i disable all accent for each step...but i can hear the accent by moveing the accent controler.

If i activate accent on a step...my decay level is decreased for this step

how can i resolve this problem ?

if it's "new" maybe ask the seller

if the pattern doesn't have accented notes - the ACCENT knob shouldn't change anything, and the filter envelope decay should be controllable via the DECAY knob
if the pattern has accented notes - those are affected by ACCENT, and their decay is short, and not affected by DECAY knob
