Am about to get molex connectors for linking main and io boards. I also need to rewire a whole lots of my bcbox I/O mod connectors. These tend to just be a piece of wire from say a pad on the I/O board to the log of a component on the main board. Obviously they are not candidates for molex-ing. I believe that what I really need is a wire-to-wire connector. There most be about a dozen wires in total, so either something with 12 pins, or maybe easier a couple of six pins.
I have searched and am struggling for something suitable. Found JST-EHR connectors but the only pre-wired seem to be the 2 pin which would make things expensive. Maybe I will need to crimp the existing leads to a non-wired connector?
Anyone done this and can recommend a suitable product?
