Hi I've been trying to update my firmware for my x0xb0x with no luck at all.
I've searched the forums here and tryed all the different methods suggested, that I could find (com port settings, speeds).
The USB driver works fine, and even 2 out 5 times the box connects to the control software.
But when I try and load firmware it says "make sure x0xb0x is in bootloader mode" which it is.
I would like to install SokkOS, I have tryed easy 100 times. Hoping that it might happen if I just keep going.
Is there a way of know what version firmware I have?
I would really appreciate some advice.

Re: Firmware Help!
the only thing i can suggest is this:
(keep the order)
1. turn OFF the x0x
2. turn the FUNC switch to BOOTLOAD
3. turn ON the x0x
4. in c0ntr0l - CTRL+U (but be sure the port setting matches the port in your USB Serial driver thing..)

Re: Firmware Help!
The chip was supplied by TT, maybe it doesn't have bootloader installed?
Has anybody else out there had trouble updating there firmware to chip purchased through TT?
just a thought
