I was reading through the forums looking for hope in fixing my x0xb0x and noticed that clicking is an issue plaguing the community.
I've build a pretty good few synthesizers and I would be willing to bet that adding a SYNC input to the oscillator and feeding it from the gate would solve the clicking issues that cant be fixed with the DC offset.
Anti-click mod?

Re: Anti-click mod?
thats a good idea
but i think it would be tough to do
the x0x vco resets at the bottom of its waveform
so a simple reset would actually leave it
in the worst possible scenario
the other thing that makes it tough
is that the vco is capacitively coupled to the vca
so if you quickly reset the waveform
it will send a sharp pulse to the vca
so its a function of how long it takes for that pulse to die out

Re: Anti-click mod?
nooooo! don't hard sync the osc, it _must_ be freeruning
there is a very distinctive sound when you set shortest decay time + envmod=max and resonance=max
if the osc wasn't freerunning - this would become a boring sound
