x0xi0 very noisy when i use it with my soundcard

Hi,
i've got a big problem with my x0x built with x0xi0 full kit, mixer pcb kit included. When i use it as a slave with another gear, it sounds good bit when i plug the midi output of my M AUDIO profire 2626 audio card to the midi input of the x0xi0 there's a lot of noise and that noise follow the tempo ... Any of you had already listen that ?

sounds to me like the XOX is receiving a load of midi messages it doesn't need. try checking with a midi monitor (eg midiOX, http://www.midiox.com/) to see what midi data is being sent through your soundcard's midi out. usually the solution would be to change to another midi channel
