resistive sensor board problems (no midi input)…bug?

I have the resistive sensor board (firmware 1.2) and when I connect it to midisense software (I'm running leopard 10.5.6) the midi input monitor doesn't work. I've connected on photoresistor to the 6th sensor. It's just stays on zero. I can calibrate the sensor and the calibration slider moves but nothing on the input monitor. I've tried different settings and updated the firmware/software but still nothing…
Any ideas?

Can it be that the midisense software doesn't work right with osx leopard?

check your soldering, its probably a cold solder joint!
