Midi in Problem

Postby richbev » Mon Mar 15, 2010 7:08 am

Hi,
I just built my second midisense board (first one is in an exhibition at the moment). I seem to be having a real problem with this one. It all powers up fine and is sending midi out but I can't connect to the midisense software. I'm sending midi out of my computer via logic and the flashing led is not changing to red, i'm wondering if that means that the midi in is not working. I've double checked my soldering and all seems fine... any ideas anyone?

I doid notice that my midisense came with 1k resistors in place of the 1.5k, think that might be it?

Thanks

So i've been doing some more reading in the forums and found this thread: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=5116

My oscillator says '8.00M', should it be 16mhz?

I forgot to mention that the red light flashes once when I first turn the midisense on.

Thanks
