Ok got everything soldered into position, but when I go to measure for 5 volts I am getting 1.35 vdc and when I measure 2 V I get .35 Vdc?? I did a quick check of the solder joints they look ok. See attached pics...thanks for any help.
Sorry for the pics...its the best I can get under a magnifying glass and my cheap camera.

Your LT1302 chip is installed backwards. The notch should align with the notch indicated in the silkscreen.

Ok, duh! I had the chip in backwards...just caught that. Now I am reading 4.98 Vdc and 1.98Vdc.
