higher voltage on 1 data pin

I am getting a reading of 1.95V on one of the data pins and 4.65V on the other. The power pin is 5.07V. I do not see bridging on the any of the solder joints. I believe the data pin with the higher voltage is the R3/R4. I tested with brand new energizer AA batteries and the battery in my multimeter is also good. I will be using this with an iphone 4.

Check the soldering on R3. It is not clear in the photo, but it looks as if the lead closest to the USB connector is not fully soldered. That would explain the higher voltage.

Thank you very much!!! That was the cause. I am now getting 1.95V on both data pins.
