Doesn't charge N900

Hey, just assembled a MintyBoost, and it doesn't seem to work with my N900. The phone acts differently when it's plugged in (when I wake it up by pressing the top button, it doesn't show the unlock screen, but rather the desktop directly, also the brightness changes), but it doesn't show up as charging, nor does the battery level rise. I've confirmed the MintyBoost works by multimeter and plugging in a different device, it charges.

Have you tried shorting the D1 & D2 pins? Most of the current generation phones work with that configuration.
