GREEN LED FLASHING WHEN CONNECTING PHONE

Hello,

I have this items with STANDARD CONFIG. That means that I havent changed the charge current or modifyed the minty boost.

Im having the solar panel under full sunlight.
The Solar charger and mintyboost is on a cold place in the shadow.
After some time when the phone is charging, the green LED start flashing.
The red and orange LEDs are still light up.
What does the green LED flashing means?
Im measuring 3.12 Volts on the Lipo battery that have 5000mah capacity.

The Green LED is the charge complete indicator. But your MintyBoost & phone will be drawing nearly the full output of your panel and may need to draw a bit from the battery as well. I suspect that you are hovering right around the full-charge level, so the led flashes.
