Alternative to LM3622M-4.2

Post by Wrhector »

The battery charger chip (LM3622M-4.2) is no longer available as samples on National Semiconductor as it is becoming obsolete. Also Out of stock for the same reason on Digikey.
Does anyone know where to get one or are there any alternatives?

Thanks.

I just got mine at the following site - $18.77 for 8 of them and shipping.

Note that this seems to be the non RoHS version...
