VCO to PLL input question

Post by weihong1988 »

Hi,

Browsing the errata list, I noticed that R31 of the T attenuator is marked as "do not place". Does that mean that the attenuator is not active ie. -0dB? In that case, wouldn't the 6.5dB output from the ROS-2500 go straight into the PLL input, which has a maximum rating of 0dB?
