Tips on making SpokePOV detachable?

Post by tomstrickland »

Hi,
I'm probably buying SpokePOV as a gift. There are two issues:
1. where I'm based it gets quite wet
2. I'd like to be able to leave the bike locked up in public without having it nicked, or at least the SpokePOV bits nicked.

I can see places in the forums where people have tips on waterproofing the kit, which will be useful. Has anyone got any thoughts on how to make the SpokePOV bits detachable?

Thanks,

Tom

Instead of zip-ties, you could use the plastic clamp with screw assembly from a set of spoke-reflectors.
