Kits without LEDs?

Is there a way of getting a SpokePOV kit or two without the LEDs included, for a lower price? I like the idea of a kit to save time sourcing and shipping the ICs, but I also have a crapload of LEDs sitting around that I need to use on something. A pair of SpokePOVs would be perfect.

the kits come as they are sold. we also have PCBs available, you can roll your own!
