Hello,
I've got one of my SpokePOVs that is behaving oddly when I connect it up to the 1.4 software under OS X. It's able to establish the USB connection, but once it does the software simply has a blank screen. No wheel is shown nor do I have the option to read/write/verify the contents of the spoke. Here's what it looks like
I've got two other spokes that are working fine, just this one is acting a bit flaky. I'm sure the collection of playa dust is not helping but I've tried to clean it up as much as I can without any change in behavior.
Any ideas what the problem might be? My best guess is that the ROM chip has gone bad
Thanks!

try swapping chips, it sounds like a bad connection

Swapped the ROM chip between one of the working spokes and the non-working one, and sure enough the problem followed the chip.
So I suppose I just need to get a replacement ROM chip from Mouser and call it good
Thanks!
