Was working now, not so much...

So i have not used the bike most of the winter, and today was getting ready to go riding and discovered something wrong with one of my Spoke POVs! When i put in the batteries, 1/2 of the LEDS's light up and stay lit. The power switch and the hall sensor have no effect.... HELP??

Sounds like something got damaged in storage. Likely possibilities are a short or a broken trace. Look over the board carefully for signs of damage.
