Error updating Firmware on SpokePOV

Hi all,

I am getting an error when updating the firmware on the SpokePOV. The issue come up when I run Make program-spokepov in WinAVR. I get the following error.........

*** No rule to make target 'program-spokepov'. Stop

I decided to try a firmware update as I am not able to communicate with the SpokePOV using Spokepov.exe.

Not sure what else to do.

well you shouldnt update the firmware unless you're -sure- theres a firmware problem: like the LEDs dont light up in sequence when you put in batteries

Please tell me how to upload/installe the firmware onto SpokePOV
