hi there, when you apply 12VDC do you hear a 'click'?

I do not hear a click.

There were no instructions in the box.

I assume this product was sold and returned for credit.

Possibility it was damaged during its original sale.

These products should be inspected for completeness and test before restocking.

Please advise
