I am using the NFC PN532 Breakout Board with a Boarduino and an RGB LED panel. The LEDs work fine and run with code on the Boarduino, so I know those two components work. However, when running the Boarduino, it does not recognize that the NFC board is attached.

The NFC board works with my Arduino Uno, and I set it up with the Boarduino according to the same pin structure that worked on my Uno. I have attached these photos to show the pin set up and the next photo shows the soldering on the opposite side.

I have double and triple checked the wires to make sure they go to the right Boarduino pin and the right NFC board pin. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on what I should try next. Thanks!

Looks like you've got GND connected to pin 7 of the 4050 instead of pin 8?
