Hi,
I would like to know if is that possible to use 2000 (two thousand) RF T4 Receiver in a 500m² room.
http://www.adafruit.com/products/1097
I want to use them at the same time with one transmitter. Is that would work with such quantity?
If not what would be the maximum ?
Thanks
Simple RF T4 Receiver

Re: Simple RF T4 Receiver
Should not be a problem. All the receivers are self powered and will respond to the same transmitter.
Sounds like an interesting project.

Re: Simple RF T4 Receiver
There is a potential problem that you will not likely see in this configuration. Your density factor is high, four antennas per square meter. That has the potential of putting one antenna within a half wave of another, ~19". Under these conditions, it is possible to have two antennas coupled in near-field resulting in very low current in one of them. It happens when parasitic elements are within a quarter wave. The result is a very low signal level, the one further from the transmitter. As I said, you probably won't see this problem. However, if you have one with an unusually low signal, move it away from it's nearest neighbor.
