I have a fingerprint sensor, sitting in my closet of electronics, that is http://www.adafruit.com/products/751 that model. I would like to interface it to my computer for use with AuthenTec protector suite, since they are closed and now free. I want to use an arduino's FTDI chip until I get one. I have bypassed the atmega's pins by wiring reset to ground. Windows recognizes the device, however there are no windows drivers for it? Maybe i'm wiring it wrong?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Fingerprint Sensor
What model Arduino? The current generation of Arudinos do not use FTDI chips.
