Ultimate GPS battery backup
Roughly how long will a normal coin cell (~200mAh) be able to power this board in standby to help it maintain a fix? I'm looking at an application where GPS will be used briefly and infrequently, with hours or days in between each usage.

Re: Ultimate GPS battery backup
The backup battery does not power the GPS. All it does is keep the module's real-time clock alive. That helps the GPS get a fix faster the next time you power it up.

Sorry, that's what I meant by standby - I understand that the battery isn't powering the whole board. How much current is drawn from the battery to keep the clock alive?
