Bluetooth 4.0 Module Passcode

I bought this item as it seemed like it was the one that comes with your IOIO Mint kit. After connecting it to my IOIO-OTG and trying to pair it with my phone (Moto X) the menu (of course) asks for a passcode. There was nothing included with my order that lists the passcode and nothing on the item's packaging either. After finding nothing on the website I tried all of the standard BT passcodes (0000, 1111. 1234, etc.). No dice; what is the passcode this item uses to connect to devices?

The module has no passcode. It's a host module.

So this unit will not work with the IOIO-OTG?

I don't think so. It's designed to plug into a computer, and acts as a bluetooth host.

It looks exactly like the one that comes with the IOIO Mint, do you guys have any plans to carry one that is compatible?

No idea if its for the IOIO-OTG, we use it for host mode. There's no password for using it, or at least, we've never ever seen it. It works great to connect to our bluefruit devices but we haven't tried it with the IOIO :/
