CC3000 - stability

Post by pocketmoon »

Just a general FYI...

While my application is mostly OK there are few folks on the board for whom the CC3000 can be a bit of a pain with random hangs.

Sounds like the Spark.io guys are digging away with TI engineers and as of a few days ago have an understanding of the issues are TI have a workaround and are close to firmware a fix :

yup! we chatted with the spark.io founder a couple weeks ago - the adafruit team & forums fixed the 10.x.x.x bug from a few months ago and spark.io team & forums is fixing the buffer overflow issue. so far the bug-killing score is 1 to 1 :)
