I have two questions about the "USB/DC LITHIUM POLYMER BATTERY CHARGER 5-12V" PID:280.
1) Is says quite clearly on the silkscreen on the back that "DC Out is not for input!", but perusing the schematic, the only reason I can see for that is that it lacks the input protection diode. If I just want to gang two together, can I just connect them through their DC out pads? I'd still be feeding the two of them through one of the 2.1mm jacks from a 5V/3A source, which should be capable of handing the current that two will draw.
2) I want to connect the two using stand-offs, but the holes in the corners are too small for a standard 4-40 screw. Can I just ream them out a bit? If not, what would you suggest to hold the two boards together?
Thanks,
-- Mitch

Re: Two questions about USB/DC lipo charger
You should be able to gang two of them together as you describe. 5-56 or M2 hardware will fit. Although there is room to ream the holes a bit if you want to use larger hardware.
