I use PCA9685 and mg995 servo motors with RaspberryPI.
First of all, RaspberryPi's 3.3v pin is connected to PCA9685' Vcc.
GND-GND
V+ - (AA *4)
servo motors...
Question 1)
I think that PCA9685's power-led must be Green, but it looks power-led Red.
Why does it look Power-led Red?
Question 2)
If the number of mg995(servo motor) is above ten, PCA9685's temperature is very very hot. why?
Please let us know if you have a solution or my mistake

Re: About pca9685 power-led, temperature issue
I will check with production about the led color. It may have changed.
Which chip on the board is getting hot? Is it the pca9685 chip, or the three-pin device near the power terminal?

First of all, thank you for your answers.
Where the power led heat up one side of the picture is the part. GND (left) position,
Where is the picture of circles. Sometimes symptoms occur.
adafruit the PCA9685 tutorial (raspberry pi for) the experimental results did not work properly.
I know the green Power-led, which startled red, if the input voltage is more than I worry about.
I RaspberryPI PCA9685 power connected and the 3.3v pin, servo motor power AA (alkaline) * 4 to connect to use. arduino tutorial AA * 4 The input power is not the problem, and the technology used.
My question is
1. PCA9685 (v +) when you choose to connect the power, if I'm part of the review? (I'm currently in use AA * 4.)
2. PCA9685 is compatible with a separate servo motor exist?
3. Power-led is red it is, the over voltage problem is not it?
Thank you for reading long articles.

I don't understand your description. Please post a photo indicating the component that is getting hot.

Sounds like the LED is red, not green on this board.
That's OK, it just means it is on.
We will check why they were made with red LED not green but LED color does not affect any board performance!
