My son's fingerprint sensor (#751) will not turn on. He has wired it correctly and put it into the correct arduino pins and we can not get it to turn on. We are using the library examples: enroll and fingerprint.

What does the scanner do when you power it up and what code are you running? It looks wired correctly and you are using the correct pins for a mega Did you remember to change the code to reflect the pin changes?

The scanner does not power up at all and he did change the code to reflect the pin changes.
