BLE breakout nrf8001 switch

Hello forum,

I have purchased 4 BLE breakouts. One of my colleagues recently pointed out that one of the four is different than the others. It has a switch soldered differently - the one above the R on the printed RDY. It appears that it is causing errors, and I'd like to have it replaced. How can we exchange or get a new one? Thank you!

That's a tombstoned capacitor. Apparently it twisted on the solder paste in the reflow oven and turned sideways.

Regardless, it's a fabrication error and we owe you a new one.
