Hi all,
I purchased a 12v 5a power supply (https://www.adafruit.com/products/352) less than two months ago and have only used it for a few days and it stopped working. There's an LED on it which stopped lighting up,and I've used a multimeter and see there's no voltage coming out of it, where a few days ago it was working fine. I left it on for a few days straight and noticed today it's not powering on.
Any ideas what could of caused this? The usage was pretty low (used with a 12v LED strip) and the supply itself isn't being moved or in any poor conditions (exposed to open air, temperature controlled, and indoors).
Thanks!

Make sure that the detachable AC cord is firmly plugged into the power supply brick..

I tried again VERY firmly placing the AC cord and still no luck. I also tried a separate detachable AC cord and separate AC outlets with no luck.

Unfortunately that is outside our 30-day replacement policy. But if you contact [email protected] with a link to this thread we can offer a discount on a replacement.
